In normal use, the battery life is about five days. It takes about two hours to fully charge the watch. When the watch is charging, it is still possible to trigger the alarm. Read more about charging the personal alarm here!

In the event that none of the user's relatives answer, the call is connected to Sensorem's alarm center (open 24/7). The alarm center talks to the user (the user talks via the watch's speakerphone) and if the alarm center assesses the situation as urgent, they pass the call on to SOS Alarm, which can send out an ambulance.

Yes, the watch is IP67 classified ie. the user can wash hands and shower with the watch.

Yes, the watch has a built-in SIM card and can therefore be called like any other phone. The user simply responds by pressing the display and can then speak via the watch's speakerphone. Read more about the functions of the personal alarm here!

Sensorem will then send a new watch free of charge! As we sell the service as a subscription, it is our responsibility to ensure that the user has a watch that works.

No, the service can be canceled at any time. In connection with termination, we ask you to contact us.

When the security alarm is delivered, it is ready to start using! The user only needs to fasten the watch around the wrist and get started.

Absolutely – the personal alarm communicates via the mobile network and works everywhere in the EU, Norway, Switzerland and Great Britain (as well as in more countries such as Australia and the USA if you contact Sensorem before departure). The personal alarm has built-in GPS positioning  with functions such as a geofence where relatives are notified if the user leaves a predetermined geographical area. 

Instructions for adding alarm receivers are sent to the customer's e-mail in connection with the clock being sent out. Alarm receivers can be added via the Sensorem app (login details sent out with the watch) or by contacting Sensorem.

Yes, Sensorem's safety alarm is suitable for several types of use, such as a personal alarm connected to an alarm center, GPS tracker for children, watch with geo fence (dementia) or safety alarm for epilepsy.

When the smart watch's alarm button is pressed, relatives are called in a predefined order and GPS coordinates are sent out to relatives in the Sensorem app. In cases where relatives cannot answer, the alarm call is connected to Sensorem's alarm center (open 24/7), which receives the call and acts.

No, no prior technical knowledge is required of the user. The smartwatch display is locked and the only button that can be used is the physical alarm button which is pressed for three seconds in order to trigger the alarm.
