This happens when the alarm button is pressed
1. The senior presses the personal alarm's alarm button.
2. SMS + push notification with GPS alarm is sent to the senior's relatives.
3. The senior's relatives are automatically called in a predefined order. Relatives can act and ensure that the senior gets help.
4. If no relative answers, the call is connected to Sensorem's alarm center which receives the alarm (open 24/7).
This is how you get started with Sensorem's personal alarm once delivered (unboxing)
1. The personal alarm is delivered in a nice box that contains the watch, charging cable, adapter and two user manuals (one for the user and one for a relative).
2. The personal alarm is delivered fully installed and ready to use immediately. Relatives are entered via the Sensorem app or by contacting Sensorem.
3. To start the senior watch, hold down the alarm button until the Sensorem logo appears in the display.
4. We recommend that you test the alarm once received to see for yourself how the alarm chain works.
