The watch is stylish and discreet – nothing to suggest that it contains a security alarm.

You can choose from two different versions of the senior watch and from several types of bracelets in different colors!

Alarm center

If no relative answers, the call is connected to Sensorem's alarm center, which is open 24/7! The user talks to the alarm center from the watch's speakerphone, and the alarm center connects the call to SOS Alarm if the situation is urgent.

App for relatives

The user's relatives downloads The Sensorem app in the App Store or Google Play Store. From the app, relatives can follow the user's GPS position in real time and they receive an alarm notification if the user triggers the alarm.

Works everywhere and can be used everywhere

The personal alarm communicates via the mobile network and works everywhere in the EU, Norway, Switzerland and Great Britain (in more countries as well such as Australia, Israel and the USA if you contact Sensorem before departure). The watch is waterproof and can be used everywhere – incuding in the shower! If the physical alarm button is pressed for three seconds, relatives are called in a predefined order and text messages + push notifications are sent out to relatives.

The personal alarm is designed as a portable security alarm and the alarm goes first to relatives then to the alarm center

1. The user presses the smartwatch's alarm button.

2. SMS + alarm notification is sent to the user's relatives.

3. The user's relatives are automatically called in a predefined order with the watch's built-in speakerphone.

4. Relatives can act and ensure that the user receives help.

5. If no relative answers, the call is connected to Sensorem's alarm center, which receives the alarm and acts (open 24/7).

Functions designed to increase safety of the user

Physical alarm button

If the watch's physical alarm button is pressed for three seconds, the senior's relatives are called in a predefined order and SMS + push notifications are sent out to relatives.

Works outdoors and abroad

The watch communicates via the mobile network and works everywhere in the EU, Norway, Switzerland and Great Britain (as well as in more countries such as Australia, Israel and the USA if you contact Sensorem before departure).

Connected to alarm center

If relatives cannot receive the alarm call it is transferred to Sensorem's alarm center, which is always open 24/7.

Automatic fall alarm and Inactivity alarm

Automatic fall alarm: If a fall occurs, the watch automatically registers this and starts the alarm process. Inactivity alarm: Relatives are alerted with an alarm notification and text message if the clock has been inactive for selected periods of time. This function ensures that relatives are warned if something serious has occurred, but the user has not had the opportunity to press the alarm button.

GPS-positioning and geofencing

Relatives can use the Sensorem app to see the user's position in real time on a map. Relatives can mark out a safe area in the Sensorem app, and if the user leaves the safe area, an alarm notification is sent to relatives. This can be particularly important in dementia.

Built-in speakerphone with two-way communication

The watch has a built-in SIM card and calls relatives automatically in the event of an alarm with two-way communication (users talk directly to relatives through the watch's speakerphone). Relatives can also call the bell directly even when it is not an alarm situation.
