This is how the personal alarm works when the physical alarm button is pressed
1.The user presses the senior watch's alarm button.
2. SMS + push notification with GPS alarm is sent to the senior's relatives.
3. The senior's relatives are automatically called in a predefined order.
4. Relatives can talk directly to the user (the watch has a built-in speakerphone) and ensure that the user gets help.
5. If no relative answers, the call is connected to Sensorem's alarm center which receives the alarm (open 24/7).
Sensorem's alarm center answers calls around the clock
1. In the first instance, relatives are called via the clock's speakerphone (two-way communication) and then all relatives receive text messages and push notifications with information that the user has raised the alarm.
2. If the user's relatives cannot answer the alarm, it goes on to Sensorem's alarm center, which answers calls around the clock.
3. If the situation is not urgent, the alarm center tries to get ahold of relatives to transfer the call to them. If the situation is urgent, the call is forwarded to SOS Alarm.
4. If the call goes on to SOS Alarm, it is SOS Alarm's routines that control in the same way as if the user had called 112. SOS Alarm decides which intervention should be deployed - ambulance etc.
5. If SOS Alarm goes out, it is their routines that govern how they do to get in to the user if he cannot open the door for them - they can, for example, use the help of a locksmith or force the door in another way.
