Placing an order and cost Expand
Sensorem's safety alarm is completely subscription-based, i.e. no charge is made for the smartwatch itself. The cost per month is from SEK 249 (incl. VAT) and there is no commitment period.
When placing an order, you can choose from the following payment options:
- Autogiro (the cost is automatically deducted from your bank account every month)
- Credit card (the cost is automatically deducted from your bank/credit card every month)
- Invoice 12 months - payment for one year's use in advance and the watch itself is included i.e. you never have to return it. The first invoice will be SEK 3,470 (i.e. 15% discount for paying for one year in advance) and this will be sent via e-mail or by physical post.
If you want the invoice to be sent to the user (instead of the person ordering), just write this under notes when you order.
It's going well either way! When the security alarm arrives, you choose yourself who uses the alarm and set relatives accordingly. If you want the alarm to be sent to a special delivery address that does not go to the customer, you simply enter this in the checkout when you order. Sensorem's service is based on relatives being added to the alarm chain first and the alarm being forwarded to Sensorem's alarm center only if relatives cannot respond. If the situation is urgent, the alarm center passes the call on to SOS Alarm, which can send an ambulance, etc. If the situation is not so urgent that it requires an ambulance, etc., it is up to relatives to help. Many of our customers enter neighbors etc. as relatives, but if the user has no relatives at all, we can come up with a special solution where, for example, the call goes directly to the alarm center, but it is important to underline that this means that the user can then only get help in emergency situations. The personal alarm can be picked up physically from Sensorem's office - please contact us before you come by and we will prepare everything so that it can be picked up quickly. Otherwise, the easiest thing is to order via our webshop, because then the alarm will be delivered within 2-3 days (sent as registered mail so it goes into the mailbox/letter box). There is no commitment period, so it is easy to test the alarm in peace and quiet at home, and if you are not satisfied, you can simply cancel and you have then only paid for the time you used the alarm.

No, the watch costs nothing. Sensorem offers a pure service that includes the loan of the watch. In the event that you wish to terminate the service, you contact Sensorem in order to receive return instructions.
Yes!
The service has no commitment period so it can be canceled at any time and you only pay for the time you used the service. This also applies if you have paid in advance. If, for example, you have paid for 12 months in advance but terminate after 7 months, you contact Sensorem for return instructions and then you provide your account details for reimbursement and we will return money for unused time.
Yes! You can switch from monthly payment to advance payment and vice versa at any time. You can see payment options here.

No, the service can be canceled at any time. In connection with termination, we ask you to contact Sensorem.
When you have completed your order, a form will automatically open where you fill in the name, e-mail and phone number of the relatives you want to enter as alarm recipients. You enter at least 1 relative and a maximum of 5 relatives and specify the order of priority in which they should be called. You can change this at any time free of charge by contacting Sensorem.

In the Sensorem app, relatives can mark areas that are safe for the user to stay in. If the user leaves this area, warning notices are sent to relatives with real-time GPS position. They can call directly to the watch's built-in speakerphone and talk to the user.

In the event that none of the user's relatives answer, the call is forwarded to Sensorem's alarm center (open 24/7). The alarm center talks to the user (the user talks via the watch's speakerphone) and if the situation is urgent the call is forwarded to SOS Alarm, which can send out an ambulance.
To trigger the alarm, the user holds down the large physical button on the side of the watch for three seconds. After three seconds, the user will hear that the watch's speakerphone calls relatives.

Yes, it can, given that you have relatives that we can enter as alarm receivers. In the event that your relatives cannot answer an emergency call, the call is forwarded to Sensorem's emergency call center (open 24/7), which assesses the situation and, if necessary, forwards the call to SOS Alarm, which can send an ambulance.
Sensorem's mobile safety alarm is therefore not connected to the municipality or home care service, but is a private service. From a technical point of view, however, there is no problem to arrange that the alarm goes to the municipality or home service, but in such a case the user first needs to coordinate with the municipality/home service so that this is OK with them.
